Film Adaptation

When the film creators changed the book 'Twilight' into a film, the problem was that they left the majority of the things that happeend, but they did not describe how the characters felt and their personalitys. When I watched the movie I felt no connection to them, it couldn't have just been the acting because there was not enough time for the movie to dwell on the description of the characters. The screen writers chose to cut out the parts that the characters had a connection and showed their true colours. Casting was also a contributing factor but not the total reason.
